Around our house there is something known as a "Dribble Castle". It's very famous. All of the kids know how to make them. They take FOREVER to make, and it shows how much talent our children really have -- or maybe just a lot of patience! Check these out. (Kort was the artist of most of these) I think he said he made these with Sienna the day he was babysitting her.

Who can make the smoothest...

My kids are funny. They played "who can make the biggest, smoothest clay ball" the other day. The cousins were over and they worked on it for HOURS. We live on a clay hill. I think we should open a pottery barn someday. What do you think?

The fishing was GOOD.

Okay. So they don't look like monsters. BUT, the bass was good sized. Also, the perch and other little ones are just to have a bite off anyway. We're getting used to these bitty fish. They are actually quite yummy. The place of fishing shall remain nameless... but we'll tell you that the other boats out this day didn't catch any. We had about 8 fish in about 25 minutes. We're still not sure what was wrong with all the other people. Wellsville worms must be tasty. We had to kidnap Braden from the end of football practice and "whisk" him away to have a little time with the family. We miss him! He's been so busy with two-a-days football and basketball camps all at the same time. Oh.... did I mention that he has his driving permit?????? Scary.

Soccer is Over. Hallelujah.

Soccer is over, over. Trae was our only kid in this sport this year. We seem to be so heavily involved in football, basketball, track, etc. that soccer is reserved in our home for the younger children. Ahhh.

Okay. This kid is great. What would we do without him? He keeps us rolling...all the time!

So, there are a lot of jobs to do around here these days. These pics were taken before it began raining a few weeks ago. Sheesh. Jon says we are going to have to rent a bailer to cut the grass because of all the rain and no breaks in between to actually use the mower!
